I’m on borrowed time with you
Not a minute goes by that I don’t
Treasure our moments together.
But soon I fear the time will run
Out before I have yet to say all I have
to say.
Maybe I can borrow a little more time
Before it all runs out and things are left
Without the closure it deserves.
