Daily Prompt: Warning

Sometimes there are no warnings before the storm comes and hits you off your butt

I just wonder where my warning was when you came into my life and decided you wanted to make things so much harder for me.

I didn’t think things could get worse but you made the little stumbles in life feel like a major storm hitting me over and over again.

I survive every storm but I just starting to feel like I’m weaker than I thought I was at this moment.

And I know when I fall it will be with a warning because I know and can feel when I will hit my wall.

  • Have fun.

Everything in my body is telling me to follow that arrow and take a risk and go on this path that I know will lead me to bigger and better things.

But, then there are the doubts that sit in the back of my mind that just tell me that I’m not good enough or blessed enough for something so great as this happen to me.

I’m fighting to do the right thing and to finally believe that I too can be on the path that fills me up completely and, for once I won’t doubt what is to come or what is happening now for I will know this is where I belong.

she quickly became frantic with worry that everything that had been carefully planned out was now ruined.

She couldn’t understand that there was worked to be done but, No one showed up and no one left a message.

She knew she had to do something soon or later for her stress levels were already

Up and there was no telling how this was going to go.

Strong

Is what I want to be as my days become more stressful and busy.

No time to breathe and no matter how much you try to be calm.

You are just seconds away from snapping and all you really want to do is help.

No appreciation just a mad at the world face looking back at you.

Trying to test your limits and as much as you want to scream your wrong.

Or stop bothering me I don’t have time to deal with you for everything around me is falling apart.

You know they don’t care and so you Swallow your proud and tuck in your tail and try to please them.

For at the end nothing you do will be good enough, for one accomplishment to one person.

Is a failure to the next when they are angry about something you have no control over in the end.

Daily Prompt: quartet

Today was our weekly gathering of coming together and playing some music.

I played on my bass guitar  and Sam was on the drums and, Keith played the electronic guitar.

Then came Cathy our lead singer who was always late but, could sing her butt off.

We didn’t want to be famous we just wanted to have one day we’re we could be less stressed out.

We loved to jam out into the wee hours of the night.

It always help us get through the rest of the week and truly relax on our weekends off with our families.

We treasured this time for we knew tomorrow was promised and that one day we may not be able to do this anymore.

So we played hard for we knew only time would tell if we would be back here next week.

Daily Prompt: Micro

Like a micro chip sometimes the things that rock your world is so tiny you didn’t think it could end up doing so much damage.

The more you try to out smart  it, it runs ahead and knocks you back down letting you know that you are not in charge.

The little things in life can change your perspective of what you thought was the path you needed to take.
