The fire calmly burns on inside of me
As you try to make me lose control.
As you scream and shout at me like a mad person and all I do is calmly stand in front of you.
Eventually the fire inside of you becomes too much even for you and, you explode into a nasty mess of anger.
As they clean you up, I only wish you would have stopped and calmed down for life is too short to be that out of control.
With your fire of anger, didn’t your read the manual that says the fire must be kept at bay or we all doomed.
I won’t let my fire burn out inside or explode because I will always be the calm firer that burns by your side.
