I had

to go before the sunrise

Because I knew that if I stayed

And we talked about it than I would never leave.

And I needed to leave

for I’ve been stuck here for so long.

And I have allowed you to keep me here

for I was afraid to go on my own.

Even though I knew you would not ever

come with me.

So I stayed to be with you.

But now my dreams are calling me forward and it’s time to live for me.

I hope you will forgive me one day.
