Is success

The only thing worth living for?

Sometimes it seems like all you want is to be on top and the moments that test you.

You don’t want to deal with those things out of fear that they will change the plan you have carefully laid out for yourself.

But you don’t see that sometimes you have to just go for the ride.

And in the end, the path you end up on is the path you were looking for all this time.

So stop trying to be in control all the time.

for you do not know what you are holding yourself back from.

So let go and just live in the moments.

How do

100 Word Wednesday: 164

I do what I want to do

when half the time I get easily distracted

By basically any little thing that comes my way.

Even when I have made a plan and sit down to do it.

Some how I have a good start and then something else pulls me away

as if doing what I do has a time limit.

And one good, is all I get now.

So am I really doing what I do?

Is this

The past I see staring back at me so much has changed since. That day that those who came before us would be so shocked seeing how things have indeed changed. So many have become so much worst than it was before. Can we ever get to a place that feels like we are on even ground and, will things feel right and peaceful for everyone?

Close

Photo by Kelly Sikkema on Unsplash
To losing it
So I walked away from it.
To draw something so I can calm down.
For the anger and sadness, I felt were overwhelming.
That I just couldn't handle it anymore.
To push on even when I felt so down and
all over the place.
Felt like a miracle
To be able to overcome my past mistakes.
And to move on with a clear mind
In hope that this new growth would stick.

Together

we ride

Together we laugh

and sometimes we cry.

But, brothers for life we know that even

at our weakest moments we have each other back.

We have learned a lot going down this path together

For we realized that this life style isn’t for everyone.

And that as long as we talk it out and about it

no misunderstandings will happen.

Nothing can come between us

When we have put it all out on the table.

We will continue to grow and settle down with someone special some day

but I know as long as we can ride together it will continue this way.

She was

so close to finding her way

through the play

Even though it was about a time she was not familiar with

she did her best to play Grace.

Taking a photo to remember her time at the theater.

Something to look back at when this summer showing is over

And back to her reality.

Where sometimes her words are not heard and all people see is a pretty face.
