What I think

What do you think gets better with age?

Gets better with age?

My intuition of the people around me and who I let into my life now as an adult Before as a child or teenager, or even as a young adult.

I let in those I met in school, and sometimes I allowed their bad attitudes and character to slide to feel like I had a friend.

But now I’m aware of the dangers emotionally and mentally it could have on me if I let the wrong person in.

I am observing your character and how you are over time because once you lie, I know it’s easy to do it again.

I give everyone a fair try, but I know over time you will let your guard down, and I’m aware that you can’t help but be you.

And I know I’m not perfect, but what you get is what you see. Unless you haven’t seen me mad or sad, but those feelings I am aware of, and only the trusted few see them.

I hope my intuition will always guide me as I always have an initial feeling, and I know right now it’s sharp as I listen to my senses and feelings, as trying to fit in is on my list anymore.

I rather live a life knowing over the years, and the right people are in it than look back and wonder why I allowed others to drag me down.
