How would I

How would you describe yourself to someone who can’t see you?

Describe myself to someone who can’t see me.

I am best described as the four seasons of this world that I break myself down for you.

When you meet or hear about me, they will say I am the silence before the storm. That is me in my season called summer.

And when you get to know me, I am as energetic as a bunny as I talk about the things I love to do. That is my season of spring when everything in me comes alive again.

I am optimistic about things we doubt and don’t understand, as I give it all to God no matter what. This part of me is present in all my seasons of life.

My smile is bright like the sun, and so they say I am happy and in the light, and they would be telling you the truth. This season is my fall when leaves are falling as we prepare for change and embrace it no matter what.

But light does not come without darkness, so you will know me to shut down or go quiet when everything around me is in chaos, like an animal hiding somewhere safe in a bad storm. That is my season of winter when hibernation comes and goes.

These seasons are me, and if you get to know me, you will see my personality is brighter than if I describe how I look.
