How do you know when it’s time to unplug? What do you do to make it happen?
Know when it’s time to unplug? What do I do to make it happen?
Usually, I know it is time to unplug when I’m too drained to get online and do the things I love to get distracted.
Sometimes, grabbing a paperback book is easy, so I don’t get tempted to go online.
Or just doing some art or writing on paper so I don’t even go near my electronics, and music helps, too. Unplugging is good when I’m in that zone of peace because it keeps me from overthinking things and making irrational decisions.
I try to unplug for several hours daily, but it can be hard sometimes.
I’m not getting distracted so much by things that end up making me feel like I wasted my day, and that usually helps me unplug, for I like to feel fulfilled at the end of the day, and that helps me to look forward to the next day.

I am so behind on everyone’s blogs and feel pressure to “catch up” but instead I might just delete the emails and start afresh, like anyone is waiting for my like or comment with baited breath.
I hear you catching up on reading and commenting on others’ blogs, and yes, do what feels right for you. The blogs will still be here waiting patiently.
