World I’m turning all around

Not knowing which way to go

Or what words to say as my fingers hit the keyboard.

The need to write is there, but my mind remains blank.

I try everything to find the words that feel right, only to erase them once again.

Only time will tell when I will finally hit the publish button again.

Oh, I wish to hit that button again as if my life desires depend on it.

The calm

Waters come into shore and wash over your feet

As you watch the sunset and the day, come to an end.

How calm you felt this morning when you got up.

How fulfilling your day was for you as you did the things you needed to do.

And now, as the day ends and you watch the last shows for the night.

As you hit the pillow tonight, the calm is all you must carry into a peaceful sleep.

Moment in your life

That leaves you uncertain and uncomfortable

As you feel you know what is missing

But do nothing about it, for you feel unworthy.

And years go by

And here you are with that feeling beating strongly in your heart as you feel ready to embrace it.

But still, you are avoiding it at all costs and you wonder what is your problem after all.

Up in so many things in my life

As I start to clean up the things in my life that don’t stand for what I want or need, It seems the more of a mess I make.

And I wonder if I will ever make a clear path through the mess I call my life.

What I do know is I’m enough and strong enough to get through anything I put my mind too.

And sometimes, the most frustrating things in my life are the biggest lesson for me to learn and accept.

Because I’m growing, I realize I can do this independently if I have to.

The pain

Pumping through my back feels like I could go insane

Stretch the ice and heat, and the relief finally comes.

And now, the muscle can relax as the worry and the stress are gone.

And all I can think of now is it’s time to play and relax during my days away.
