What time do you go to bed and wake up currently?
Great question, unless, like me, you work nights, and when you sleep, it could be 8:30 am, and you wake up three or five hours later, and if you are lucky, you sleep for seven hours.
And let’s not talk about when I’m off because sometimes I am in bed before 7:30 or 10 pm depends on if I push myself to stay up.
Then I could wake up at 3 am or 5 am, but it’s the life I live for Nightshift, and it’s great when I do get sleep. But I’m still tired, like an hour or two later.
So yes, this prompt isn’t for me but for someone who sleeps on a set schedule, but I felt the need to write, so here I am, not tired but glad to be inside because it’s hot out today.
I hope everyone has a blessed day and enjoyed my rambling on today’s prompt!

I’ve worked night shift, I know all about it. Would be exhausted in the morning then wake up around noon and can’t go back to sleep. Then get super tired right before you go to work
Yup all so true,But I find most of the time my last day at work before I’m off is the best sleep as my body is exhausted and I don’t have to worry about oversleeping.
Get some sleep.
Thanks, and I will since I’m off now. I slept well yesterday, my first day off.
