What daily habit do you do that improves your quality of life?
Habits that improves my quality of life? Eating health foods and not processed food at all my meal times.
Trying to get seven to eight hours of sleep.
Sometimes, I exercise my body so it can be in better shape.
I read books and do word searches to keep my mind sharp, as well as play certain games.
Also, brushing my teeth and skin care will allow me to keep my teeth strong and my skin looking younger for a couple more years.

In order to have better time management, I use the timer feature on my phone. Since time management is an area I needed to work in, I started this practice. I don’t have it down perfectly, but I am definitely working on it.
Yeah, time management is something I need to work on, too. I started Mel Robbins’s 5-second rule book. I have been counting down from five to get out of bed when my alarm goes off and to do what I want to do without procrastinating. To try to finish the things I want to get done before this year is over. It’s been working so far, and I hope to keep it up.

Oh, I forgot to say praying. I do that daily, but I don’t journal every day.
