my perfect space for reading and writing. What is it like?

Something like the picture below, Something with big windows so I have a great view to look at and with lights around in the space because it would make the space feel warm and inspiring all year long.

But big enough that I can lay out while reading and writing. And have access to books that I want to read or reread. A place that brings comfort and warmth every time I step into it, no matter the season or day. A place that will feel like home and a space I will always go to no matter what. I hope to have this space one day in my forever home but for now what I have will do.

My all-time favorite automobile?

Ford Mustang the Mach 1, which was the 1999-2004 model.

I don’t know when I started to like them, but I know I liked cars before and after I watched the Fast and Furious movies.

Unfortunately, after the first couple of movies and getting busy in high school and college, I got into other things , and fast cars weren’t all that thrilling.

I creative?

I am creative because I love writing poetry, short stories, painting, and my many attempts at drawing. Even though I’m not good at it, I keep coming back, for I love all things.

The year I was born I don’t know much about but what I learned about it is.

• The fall of the Berlin wall November 9th, 1989.  
• Arsenio Hall becomes first African American to host nightly talk show. 
• Cold War comes to an end.  
• Exxon Oil disaster happens off the coast of Alaska in March.
• Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles became an overnight sensation. I am a fan of this one
• The Cosby Show (NBC) was the most popular TV series, Batman was the highest-grossing film, and Look Away was the top song on the charts.
• The pilot episode of Seinfeld aired on NBC, The Simpsons premiered on Fox, and the Broadway musical Oh! Calcutta! closed after 5,959 performances.

I used to watch Rosanne, which was a top show in 1989.

I most happy?

When I’m at peace because of God, giving my life to God about ten years ago was the best and happiest moment of my life, and because of him all the the other things listed below make me happy, too. He gave me hope and understanding even when life is dark and sad because of the loss of loved ones or strangers to keep moving forward and love and be happy because life is short, but having him in my life is the best blessing ever, and that makes me happy having an endless support with him and my family and true friends.

I’m most happy when I’m around my family and my close friends and watching Christmas movies or any movie.

When I’m sleeping, I love sleeping.

When I am reading a good book and listening to music, music touches my soul , and when it’s a good song, I can’t help but smile and enjoy it.

Because I am alive and get to share my life with so many people and be my true self without hiding or caring what people think of me because I know who I am and what I stand for. All leads but to God, and what a blessing it is to be in my happiest moments every day I experience it.

One thing I hope people say about me?

I was always kind and brightened up their day, and that’s all I can hope for them to say, I guess.🤞🏽🤷🏽‍♀️

About your first day at something-school, work, as a parent, etc.

Um, I remember my first day of work at my current job at the hospital. I had the wrong color shirt on because I waited until the last minute to go shopping. So instead of eggplant purple I had a more light purple which so happened to be the physical therapy unit color and they were right next door to us and I got some glares everytime I walked by that first week.

I had to show up early to get my badge at the security desk where one of my customers from my last job worked, and we were so excited to see each other.

Then I had to wait there for my boss so we could go up to the pharmacy together.

Then I spent most of my first day sitting at a computer doing a bunch of online learning to get caught up in their system as this was my first hospital job as a pharmacy tech.

It was quite a boring day and met some people at lunch as the computer I was working on was in the break room.

I do remember on the way out I got lost going down the stairs and had to go back up to get out and go home. That at least showed me how nice people were here. And that was my first day at my current job.

Your favorite physical activities or exercises?

Walking with Apple Fitness+, I can walk with celebrities and learn about their lives, and it’s fascinating to listen to what they have to say for about thirty minutes.

Others do that sparks my admiration?

Being kind

Being honest

Being themselves

Being supportive

Doing the things they love to do

Taking risks for their passions and happiness

Knowing their worth

I do less of?

I could feel less worried and stressed about things out of my control.

I can’t change how people treat me or not care if they don’t show up for me.

All I can do is not let those little things bring me down for long, so as this year ends and the new one comes around. Hopefully, I can do less stressing and worrying about things.

Is one thing I would change about myself?

This would be my shyness/ fear of public speaking, as I always hesitate when doing things with people or at work.

But I’m working on being more open and public speaking. I’m still trying to overcome it.

I would love to be more confident in speaking up, taking risks, and doing things that require me to be on camera or stage with large crowds.

More of a night or morning person?

I am a night person as I love staying up late, and sometimes, at night, I get inspired to write or finish reading a book. Or I am staying up late to play Sims4 or watch a movie.

I tend to get lost in things sometimes at night, and time flies by just like during the day, but when I wake up in the morning, I never want to get up. But I treasure being up during the day when I’m off work.

Since working nights, I’m up at odd hours, which has helped me love nights even more. Even when I should be sleeping, I can’t help but stay up a little longer when it’s quiet throughout the house.

My feelings about eating meat?

I eat meat but not as much as I used to, as my sister has helped my family to eat better for the last couple of months.

So I love meat, but it’s not something I want to eat all the time now as I feel healthier.

So, I realized eating less meat has been good for me. I hope to keep being good because my gut and mind have been clear, and I’m lighter and hopeful for a change that will stick with me.
