Daily Prompt: Allergic

I walk around sneezing to everything that comes out your mouth

and I wonder if it’s just really dusty in here or is it you that is causing me to react.

Are you the dirt and pollen that I need to remove from my life because right now

I’m just so ready to get away and not look back for the sneezing and coughing has gone away now that I don’t see or hear you.

Just you breathing at me cause me to have a rash on my neck and for you to try to hug me, makes me full on about to have a panic attack.

You come at me so strong like the wind out in a storm, you sweep around until you dial into your target and when you are locked on there is no going back.

The results of me making it out of this mess without getting really sick isn’t looking very good for me right about now.

Daily Prompt: Winsome

Everyone who meets you always say it was your Winsome smile that won them over.

Your kind eyes made them just open up to you and instant they knew you could be trusted.

They knew you were a keeper and someone they needed to have in their life.

You were the treasure they had been looking for at the end of the rainbow.

Daily Prompt: Treat

Oh how it would be such a treat just to get away and not have to be so stressed these days.

The joy of being able to just sit down and enjoy a treat and not worry about the time or the calories.

To just simply enjoy whatever craving that is so strong that you can’t ignore it anymore.

Just for a little time can I smile because this treat is all mine even if it just for a couple of minutes.

I’m looking for this treat even if it has to wait a couple more days for me to truly enjoy it.

Daily Prompt: Reservation

It was the second day of the new year and she wanted things to go off to a great start, so you booked you both a massage and mud baths.

And as we relaxed together that day, I just kept thinking about the dinner at the nice restaurant  by the water.

How your eyes will sparkle with the reflection of the water playing on in the background.

You will be so excited to spend so of the night just holding hands as we walk down the deck to the boat that will take us out to sea.

The ocean and you have always be connected and you can’t wait to jump back in to that cool water and get lost from all the things going on in your life.

Daily Prompt: Conversation

Conversations are something that  reconnects someone with a friend or connects you to a stranger if just for a couple of minutes.

Sometimes conversations are very rare with life being so busy that all you do is wake up and eat and work and repeat until you finally have a day or two off.

You don’t realize it’s been awhile since you’ve had a good conversion since you’ve been in robot mode and everything you’ve said is like a script that is on repeat for six days out the week or five.

You don’t realize what you’ve been missing until you’ve had a great conversion with someone you have missed so much.

And the minutes turn into hours and the happiness and laughter is all around and, you wonder why you took so long to reconnect.

Daily Prompt: Finally

The new year is here and as I waited for the ball to drop

I could only hope that everything that comes of this year will be amazing.

Time to take more risk and keep going strong in what I believe and not give up when the times get tough.

Finally a new start and put everything from last year in the past and moving on and on to better things.

Only time will tell what this year will bring and I’m excited and nervous to see what will come my way.

Daily Prompt: Almost

It almost time to celebrate a new year with the ones you love and to look back on all that you have done in 2017.

To all the hard work that you put in at work and in every part of your life.

You begin to think about the things you got to do and see and how grateful your god blessed you with so many things this year.

That you can not look back with out smiling and enjoying the time that is all yours, you want to sleep in and be ready for tonight as the fun starts and the it doesn’t end until after the ball drops and you are now in a new year.

So many things you have almost got down but didn’t seem to have the time to do tit.

Daily Prompt: Extravagant

As the Holiday comes to a close and the new year approaches, some will go all out on their New year eve parties.

They will have nothing but the best food and drinks and snacks to eat and nibble on until it’s time for the ball to drop.

And the new year has arrived, will they be ready for what is to come or will they be blown away.

Will they go all out all throughout the year to celebrate a new journey they will be embracing or will they run away from the changes that may be coming their way.

Daily Prompt: Cozy

I wrap up in a cozy blanket and get lost in a book or movie and not think about going back to work.

I want to relax a little more and not worry about having to work and spend time on my feet.

I’ve enjoyed my time away but reality is setting in and right now I rather just enjoy my quiet before the storm comes.

My cozy times are coming to an end soon and I’m going to miss not having to rush off to work.

But, with this cold weather coming this way I realize more cozy time was definitely in my cards and days off will come now and then for me.

Daily Prompt: Confess

I want to confess everything that I’ve been dying to tell you the last couple of days

but, you are nowhere to be found.

I’ve looked for you high and low and no result or clue was left for me to find and I start to wonder if you were avoiding me.

I know that my confession will be a big one and it will take time for you to really let it sink in.

I know the time we will have together will be sweet and calm and once it is all out there is no going back.

It didn’t know that you had something to tell me too and you were just so nervous that you had to take a couple of days to get yourself together.

Once we came together and told each other what was on our chest we both were relieved and from there things started to truly look up for us together and as individuals.

Daily Prompt: Cherish

This time of year always reminds me to cherish the little things in my life and to appreciate  the time I get to spend with my family.

I cherish the moments with the ones I love more than maybe I did before because in a blink of an eye they can be gone and I don’t want to miss out.

I want to know that when they leave this earth that they were happy with all the times we spent together and lonely and sad that the ones that they ached for never came around.

I want to show them how much they mean to me and make their day for I love them so much and I want to spend so much time with them.

That nothing in this world is more important than them, for their love fills me up inside with so much happiness.

I cherish the ones who mean the most to me for one day they could be gone and I don’t want to regret not spending enough time with them.

Daily Prompt: Torn

I felt so torn between all the things I wanted to do this holiday and all the things I needed to do.

Everyone was coming soon and I knew just how crazy it would get.

I know I needed to take some time for myself because soon my amount of space for myself would be limited.

The the time for joy was near and I couldn’t wait to share it with the people I love.

I just hope the things I didn’t get done or get to do would eat me up alive.

Daily Prompt: Calling

I was dreaming such a great and wonderful dream when I heard you calling my name and at first I thought it was just in my dream.

Until the sound of your voice got closer and closer until I felt your breath on my face and I realize then it was not a dream at all.

I woke up with a smile pasted on my face as I threw my arms around you as I was so happy to finally see you home again.

It had been too long and with the holidays coming around I was just so glad that you were here to stay.

Daily Prompt: Relate

As you told your story everything just hit home and I could relate to it all and as you said your last word.

I just had to let you know that I too had been there and it does get better if you just keep strong and don’t let the things that keep falling out you get you down.

You will be blessed and things will workout in the end and don’t give up when it just seems too impossible for something good to happen to you, after all the things that happened to you were bad.

This year isn’t over yet and there is just enough time for your luck to turn around and be good as you end this year on a good note and next year begins and your finally where you want to be.

Smile and laugh for it always makes things better and it time for you to turn that frown upside down and make it right side up and don’t worry about what others things because at the end of your day you are the one who lives with you.

Open your eyes and love you for you and even if the list of things you have done this year is small just be grateful that you are still around to do them.

I believed in you even when you didn’t want to hear what I had to say, at the end of the day I knew when you truly pushed everyone away my words will have stayed with you.

Daily Prompt: Compass

I always seem to get lost and the compass you gave me so long ago

always seems to help me find my way back to you.

Today the snow was light and the forest just looked so right to explore

I took pictures to capture every great moment before it got too dark and I would have to head in for the day.

I must have taken too many different turns that day for I was too far away to see the path that I should have not left.

I try to call you so that you wouldn’t worry bout not cellular reception out this far and the only thing left to relay on was your compass and with nothing but myself and backpack on.

I headed down the hill hoping to find my way out of this maze, at first everything was going so well but then about half way there the compass just starts to go crazy and I’m left with no true sense of direction.
