I wish

Week 304 of Three Line Tales

photo by Toa Heftiba via Unsplash

I could find a little space and get my creativity to flow like a beautiful waterfall. You can’t get enough of my words and feelings.

That there will never be enough time to get all things done and stop and breathe in the fresh air.

There will always be something fighting against you, but you must not give in.

Nothing I’ve seen before so bright and mysterious.

Your presence speaks volumes as you light a new path for me every day.

You’re what I love to look at, and when I feel I can’t get enough, you shine even more so, lighting up my life like nothing ever could before.

Week 287 of Three Line Tales

Others minds is a game you play daily and the hope you will break them eventually.

It’s a thrill you live for and the itch to manipulate kicks in and with a wicked grin you set off to succeed at your next task.

You sit and you watch and right when they click on the image you wait to see what they will see and if they will catch all three of you.

What is it

Week 282 of Three Line Tales

Photo by Mehrab Zahedbeigi via Unsplash

That I want to be when I grow up because working for NASA would be cool as science and engineering has always been something that interested me.

To reach for the stars and back my dreams come true and successfully make it through it all for there is no present moment right now that isn’t as important as the decision of what am I going to do with my life.

Things have not always been easy and at this moment I think about all the possibilities and hope for the best.

To color

Week 279 of Three Line Tales

The world more than black and white would be nice to see all the colors together and embracing for once.

For each color to have it say and for it to be written for all to see and for the hate to be no more.

For all we will see would be strength and love and peace with no worries that things will go back tomorrow. For this new way is here to stay for good.

As the words

Week 280 of Three Line Tales

Flow from your mouth, I want to say, “are you happy now?”.

For I know being nasty and rude isn’t going to work out for you in the end, and I know you won’t change either.

So as I walk away with a smile on my face, and a look of surprise on yours. I know you’re not happy now because I didn’t react the way you wanted me to, and that’s okay you can’t always get your way.

To dance and enjoy this break from everything as the sun shined down on me.

I know this break will be different as I swing around and do things differently this time around.

Looking at the clear sky I pray things will be clearer for me as I step forward and stop looking back and accept this is my vision and only God can guide me through this path that is traveled by few.

the things left on the table after a long day at work are things you may not need or want when the sun comes up.

But, maybe they can also help you find something from a long time ago. Like the magnifying glass may help you zoom in on the writing on the table that was forgotten all those years ago.

Or the marches that can be powerful enough to light the fire and then gather we will be.

It shines so brightly this year as if something has changed in you.

I can’t quite put my finger on it, but it moves me every time I am around you.

Like you are a beacon of light guiding me to be a better and lighter life, and now I feel I have so much more to look forward to.

So precious

Week 251 of Three Line Tales

little girl playing in fall leaves

Is our time as a child when the simple things in life made us so happy.

Like playing in the leaves on a fall day with a big smile on our face and laughter in the air.

With no concern for anything else for having fun was all that mattered at the time.

I know that some think my path is more full of light and maybe it is but the darkness is still there waiting for its turn to come.

So it can swallow me up and leave nothing behind of the person you all once knew.

Let’s go on the boat and let me play you a song that will make you forget.

Everything as music becomes your purpose and desire.

My mind goes blank and I become one with the song.

a long day and even the thought of getting on my bike and going down this path.

I feels like too much even though I know I would get home quicker if I just hopped on.

But the view of the sun setting makes me want to take my time for I know once I’m inside I won’t appreciate it as much.

They say or you might lose your head.

For walking under this path during a storm may just cost you more than you thought.

Even on a nice day as today being cautious and minding your head may just be what you need.
