If only I had known this was the sign I was looking for, I would have looked closer to the details of who you are.

I would be so much happier now, and you would be mine and the days spent apart would be no more.

Every moment with you would be a sign that what I’ve been looking for was right in front of my face, always smiling and hugging me when I was down and lifting me up again.

Write to me like we used to do, pen and paper

where I can read your handwriting and trace every letter on the paper.

Let the ink dry so that I can save your letters and read them on days when I need words of encouragement.

Your words were always beautiful and brought peace to my heart and always made me feel the love you had poured out for me.

I will always cherish your words close to my heart for the rest of my life.

Reaching up for sky as I feel the breeze blow all around me as the sun goes down and I truly breathe for the first time.

For the heat has been unbearable all day and I just needed a moment when things were simple and cool again.

I need a nice fall day to cool me through my day and let me feel good not just during the day but at night too.

I can’t believe the cool pictures this book has and to think I didn’t really like reading until now.

I was just blown away by all the cool things I learned and I just couldn’t wait to tell my cousins all about it.

Today is just the best day ever!

Light to my darkness shine so brightly in my face tonight.

As I think about the many things that have been bothering me all week, shine some light on the things I just couldn’t figure out.

Help me to make things right and not just for tonight but for a lifetime for I have so much to offer.

He said lets rough it  for the weekend

in a little place that we both have not been to.

It will be a good place to get to know each other

a place where we don’t have to worry about anyone else just each other.

I can get lost in your eyes and hold your hand without letting it go

when there’s just too many people around that their pulling us apart.

A place that will make us much stronger than before.

You fold me up like a piece of paper

You crumble me up like something that wasn’t good enough.

You mark me up and you tear at every part of who I am

and then you fold me up and make me into a piece of art.

So that others can see my pain and my sorrow and, there is no place I can hide to shield myself from their eyes that judge me.

Like the skeleton of this dinosaur there are many bones too discover in my past and many bones to my future.

Each path is rocky some point of the journey and even though I enjoyed so many there are paths I don’t want to  travel down again.

Each step I take now is carefully placed for I don’t want to make the same mistake again and I want to make sure what I have left of this journey is memorable so those that follow after me will have learned a thing or two.

It’s Friday and like every Friday Julia and her family make pizza and invite over some friends and watch a movie.
The pizza is what everyone comes for but everyone always stay even after the pizza is gone and the movie is over.
Just sit together and talk about all the things that happen during the week and catch up before they all enjoy a long weekend apart or together.

Let’s go to somewhere far away before this summer ends, even though we haven’t really had a break this summer.

Let’s just go away and lose ourselves before things really get busy and time just seems to be moving too fast for us to even think about slowing down again.

Let’s sing our favorite songs until we can’t stop laughing about the time we did that and how young and silly we were.

Walking towards the lights of what I know will be a great night, I’m flowing with excitement inside.

As I stand in line waiting to get inside I’m so hyped for what I know tonight will bring me

Nothing but great memories and a big smile on my face.

So many steps in my life that sometimes I just want to take a break and rest on one of the landings and wait until I’m ready for the next step I need to take.

Some things take more steps than others and I’m trying to take them all one step at a time.

Because Falling down them all at one time isn’t something I want or need right now.

Stay away from me, they say you hurt and numb everyone that get close to you and I for one don’t want to feel that pain.

that scars you for life and just remembering something about you triggers that pain or sense of it.

So say away I say for I’ve had enough pain for a while that letting you into my life would definitely be a bad idea.

Lets take a bike ride to see the ocean the only calming view of our day

So we can forget the troubles that life is throwing our way and just relax for a couple of days.

And let the sun beat down on us as we let the wind blow in our hair before we start our journey back home and do fun things before our weekend is over and back to work we go.
