That felt like a hundred years had gone by
Since she last talked to anyone or spent time
with them.
She had gotten lost in her books and music and
When she looked up, so much time had gone by
That she couldn’t believe her eyes on the person.
In the mirror, looking back at her was the same girl
Since last month, time away has aged her, and not
In an effective way.
All the solitude she had wanted, hadn’t been what
She needed, and it was time to go back to society and, face
The reality she’s hiding from.

Sometimes solitude is bliss though 😃
Yes, sometimes it nice to just have a quite moment alone. 🙂
This sounds like she built walks around herself here.
