Oh summer, how I used to enjoy you

for different reasons.

When I was younger it was to be out of school, free from homework and studying.

The freedom of just being a kid and hanging with friends.

Trying to not stay in the sun too much and hoping it rains to cool down the heat outside.

Oh summer how my time spent with you has changed to me working inside and you just being another season.

That will come and go and maybe I will enjoy you a little but once your gone you are gone.

My friend and maybe I will miss you but maybe not for your heat is becoming too much for me to enjoy you.
