Daily prompt: Empty

Advertisements

This town is empty

With no one insight.

Each store or home

I go to have been cleared out

As if no one ever lived there in long time.

It’s a ghost town with no hope of anyone

Ever coming around.

How did I  end up here in the first place.

I remember getting  on the bus and riding until

I got to the town with no name but felt the emptiness.

Who came up with this town and how did a bus ride to

A new place end up so lonely

  1. rollingblogger – Montevideo, Minnesota – I am just your typical Forty-something year old male trying to become someone AWESOME in this world and make a difference. I was born with a challenge called Spina Bifida. I love to inspire people! I love to write and I love to love people! There is so much more to me, you will just have to continue to check into my blog every day, or every week to see what's new and see what else I write. It mostly will be about my lessons in life and experiences and trying to help at least one person somewhere out there realize that they are not alone. Someone else has been there! Stay the course! Read on!

Wow!!! That is so deeply sad. I can feel the raw emotions in this piece. Wow!!
