Daily Prompt:Sincere

Advertisements

I don’t know if your apology is sincere because of your actions

afterwards are so ugly and not something I excepted from you.

But then again nothing you say seems to surprise me anymore

and so when sorry falls out of your mouth, I want to roll my eyes and not deal with you but walking away is easier said then done.

When you’re always around like a friend but at the same time your sneaking around me, talking behind my back like a snake hungry for alive meal.

I refuse to be your victim this week and in the end I truly do feel sincerely sorry for you.

to beat the best to become the best.

At least that’s what they said, but how many people will you have to beat to feel the best.

Will you feel like yourself if you keep beating everyone?

Or will you feel like you made it to the top and now you have no one that is close to you.

Was being the best really worth the risk of losing it all for a prize.

Adele Concert

Advertisements

Every concert is a rush

The music starts and the artist voice comes on and you feel the crowd go crazy.

And you’re happy to be apart of it and the experience for it never seems to leave your mind

you come back to it when you want to think of a good time and why you love music.

You realize that once you go to one concert, you want to go to more and more until it becomes apart of your life.

You cherish every moment with the people you go with and you hope you will be able to look back and know you lived your life to fullest and didn’t miss out on the fun moments.

Daily Prompt:Copycat

She didn’t know what copycat meant

she was just a little girl who thought being

just like the lady next door was cool.

So she would take her moms sunglasses, scarf,

and high-heels and walked around the house feeling important.

She loved pretending to be this women that came home every day with

a smile on my face.

This little girl so all the good in the world and wanted to capture it by copying the woman who seemed to light up everything, she dreamed to be one day.
