Power of words on paper

the power of words sung in a song when it’s good it captures you in an instant.

It’s hard to walk away or stop listening as you find yourself getting lost in so many emotions.

In that moment everything clicks into place, the answer you’ve been looking for just become so clear and so easy to do.

You know in this moment that you are truly free and that smile you’ve been hiding.

Can’t quite leave your face as you walk through this storm that can’t seem to faze you anymore.

For the weapon to destroy the bad things in your life is now in your hands and your heart and your soul.

You know his always there for you and even though you seem to let yourself whine and complain.

At the beginning and end of the day you are thanking him, your God for all the blessings his given you.

Your God is great all the time and when the struggle happens you reach out to him and he shows you the way out.

time I let doubt get in the way

I let the things that are so pure to me slip away.

So quickly I give up just so that failure won’t be able to register with me.

I know that the outcome won’t always be great in the end but I must accept that nothing in this life can be taken for granted for it always comes back to stop you in your track.

The possibility that everything will be as great as you think is a long shoot but, what’s the point in life if we don’t take that risk once in a while.

So tired of standing in the same spot feeling like you won’t accomplish the things in front of you now and to be told you’re not the right fit.

So many trials you had to go through just to get to this place in the end, makes all the doubts made up and the truth so much more than you could hope for.

and dark is this feeling I feel more often than I want to admit.

My soul cries out to be heard

but no ones wants to listen to the cries of one being down.

When life is throwing them around like the worst storm ever known to mankind.

You say you want to help but, you’re not in a better place than that person is and too people who are weak at the same time doesn’t make them strong enough to help each other.

So you walk by with your darkness with a little more strength than before but, the one you left behind doesn’t gain any strength but, they don’t wish their pain on anyone else either.

The tears they cry the tears you cry all showing how much pain you both have and maybe one day you will step out of your pain make the right move and think about someone other than yourself.

May just by looking him in the eyes will  help him find his strength to let go and move on.

And maybe this one-act will help you to accept that you are different and there is nothing wrong with that.

One connect, one bond, and in one moment may just be what you too have being looking for this whole time.

know what tomorrow will hold for me.

I know that I am working hard for a higher goal than what is in front of me.

I know that there is more to life than what I do for a living and how hard I work.

Sometimes you try so hard to catch up and do what is right before the light is shined on you.

You try to prepare for every battle before it happens so that your mood and soul can be on the same page.

You fear not the unknown as you fear the things you know will bring you down.

You try to stay positive and do that right thing when it comes down to living the life you grew up in.

You get so frustrated with the things in life that you can’t seem to control but is left under your supervision.

You feel the risk of all the things that can and will come your way.

You realize that complaining won’t help you get to the place that you need to be and it’s time to change your way and to go back to a time where the nasty wasn’t all that you see.

You must remember that it is good out there but it is you who has to show some to shine it on others for putting out good vibes will out weight the bad that keep coming.

Your way and you don’t choose to ignore it but, instead, you respond with a nasty comment thinking things will balance out on its own in the end.
