With so much

Going on around me

And well hiding isn’t an option.

For I want to survive

Well being cautious and aware about what is going on around.

And I want to stand up and say something and not just hide behind a screen.

I want to work hard and feel like every step i take isn’t like me tip toeing around because I’m afraid to make the wrong move.

For I know the danger is not just in the streets but inside the buildings.

But to speak ones mind and to believe it will all work out.

Takes an higher power and I know no one can take him from me.

So with him I will survive dead or alive for my presents will not be forgotten about.

But for now I will survive alive and continue everything

And hope he will deliver no matter what the outcome for me will be.

For when he comes and paves the way there will be no human that can stop his victory.

  2. I’m the only him I know. But we’re all him, aren’t we? Or more accurately, he’s all of us even though some of us are lost, right? Let’s get back on the right road. What other choice have we got?

So true, getting and staying on the right road is the only choice. Because everything else that feels right at the time always fades in the end.

  3. rJo Herman – Colorado – I am old now, over 70, with a strong belief in cycles - life, health, political, societal, personal interests...all cycling round and back. I despise pompous *sses, rude and hateful people, idiots. I understand being alone, without feeling lonely. I've climbed my share of hills, looked across some valleys, enjoyed a good sunburn or two. I read, I write, I ink my thoughts on fine paper to share with those I love and admire. I believe in God, and in the power of prayer to enhance lives, effect change, comfort heartbreak. I know when it is time to just stop - tired friendships, exhausting thoughts, nonsense as I see it. and I love sharing ideas, beliefs, activities that add brightness to my life.

Amen! and good to see your smiling face show up in my email! Carl Jung said “Bidden or not bidden God is present” and Ripley said, “Believe it or not!” Your verse confirms you are loved! thank you!
