I’m sure

Advertisements

There are many misanthrope out there.

And I’m pretty sure I’ve met some of them too.

You the ones that just come up to you and you smile and they glare at you.

But I’m sure some are hiding it well just to get by in the world.

But once they are behind closed doors they ignore everyone and everything.

Only to be seen once Monday comes around.

And then it’s glares and soft spoken words of why do humans exist and why won’t they all just leave me alone.

That’s good and if not at least you tried. I always enjoy a little word challenge.

  1. Archon's Den – I'm a 81 year-old codger, looking for something to pass time in my retirement. I have a Mensa-grade IQ, but the memory and attention-span of a Mayfly. I have studied the English language, and other languages' influences and inputs to it, since before I attended school. I have a head full of trivia, and bucolic remembrances of life growing up in small-town Ontario. While not "creative", I hope to present some rants and stories which will amuse and educate. Feel free to stop in and observe.

Misanthrope is a lovely young lady who lives just up the street. 😉 😳
