and I knew that I would be just fine to find my way home.
Even when things didn’t seem to be clearing up, somehow, you still got me through it.
In your light, I trust no matter what type of storm comes my way.

Defeated
Before the battle even starts does not help me to want to get through this process.
But I must push on and let doubt fall to the waste side.

Burn as it has no longer matters to me.
I can’t keep doing this when the fire inside of me is burning out slowly.

And I won’t let it come into my present moments.

But it’s also a year to not overthink ahead because, for once, I want just to enjoy it.
And to receive whatever blessing I can as I go forward with my plans but not sure what more will come this year.
