Sometimes

I wonder about the things I’m supposedly missing out on and how I don’t feel worried about them.

I don’t think I’ll regret not doing them either, and they only come up when you’re around.

Like your reminding me because I seem behind in life to you, or is it you want me to experience it all.

Even though I probably won’t get to see it all I realize now I should at least do what I want to do and maybe fit them in on the way to my journey of finding more of me.

A path so unknown to me even as I feel I’m going in the right direction, self-doubt is always waiting around a corner to make an announcement that I’m not ready.

But I know now I may not be ready, but God is, and it’s time for me to walk through that door knowing I’m not doing it alone.
