When all You know it is gone, and you are sent away to a place you have never been before, and the only cousin you ever met says.

You will know the gate to Aunt Leah’s house when you see a gate with “The Way.”

And of course, you don’t believe him because it took ten gates later to find. And it’s getting dark, and you are a little creeped out, so you lie to Laura, your twin sister, that it’s an excellent gate. You both look on as if the gate will open if we keep staring at it.

Then out of nowhere, you hear a voice say welcome to Lady Leah’s house, and the gate opens, and your driver moves the car forward, and down the long straight road; you go.

And you don’t dare look back, for you know there is no going back, for what is to come will change these twins from who they thought they were meant to be to who they always were.
