Happy International women’s day!

Women with an overflowing river of emotions sometimes hide those feelings deep down

So you can stand tall and proud and strong

For this world smells out weakness like a predator in the night waiting for you to fall, but you don’t

You accept your sensitivity and embrace how and when you feel things.

Not just because you are a woman but because you are true to yourself.

And as a woman, you will not carry the weight of society on your shoulder anymore.

You will be you, and you will pick up other women when they are down, for leaving anyone behind isn’t an option.

You want to let her know she is not alone, and you want her to know what seems impossible and hurtful will heal, and you will overcome it all in your time.

So slow down and be you, for those that matter will always be around.
