They asked me the most conundrum question and for the life of me I couldn’t come up with an answer.
I just sat there blinking into their face like my silence would save me.
Even when my words couldn’t but, I couldn’t just sit here and say nothing when everything I stand for was on jeopardy.
So I asked for a water break and left the room hoping a little time would help me come up with the right words to say.
