How do you practice self-care?
A lot as I make time to read and write
And make sure I’m paying attention to my mind and body.
I will rest more and allow myself time to do nothing.
I know focusing on self-care helps me not to become closed off but stay open to my situation in life.
Especially as I get older, self-care is the key for me to move forward in my maze called life.
Staying on top of self-care for me is saying to myself that I matter and I’m worth the time and energy of keeping me happy and comfortable.
