I try to practice daily to live a more sustainable lifestyle?
My family and I have been trying to eat healthier the last nine months.
Less process foods and more fruit and vegetables and just healthier meals throughout our day.
We don’t snack for our meals, which fills us up throughout the day, and we still have a low-calorie dessert.
I feel better and try to get better sleep, but that is hard sometimes.
It has been a journey for me with weight, and I feel less self-conscious about my body.
I am more comfortable being me and being seen, and I feel these changes helped me mentally, physically, and emotionally as I feel clear about life and my surroundings.
And that change isn’t so bad.
