So many emotions spinning around

inside of me that I don’t know what to do.

I want to scream

I want to cry

I want to say something, anything to break this overwhelming feeling of losing control.

I want to know what’s wrong with me.

Overload and I’m crashing and burning and it all goes dark for how long I’ll never know.
