Daily Prompt: Smoke

Like smoke you came into my life unexpectedly.

You made it hard for me to see clearly, like there was fog always around me and I only had you to guide me through it.

So when it felt to hard to continue this path with you.

I had to fight my way out of the smoke that made me feel like I couldn’t breath or see.

But as I got farther away from you everything was so clear and bright  again.

The storm was over, no smoke left in me and for the first time in a long time I smiled again.
