Relax listen to the calming music
focus on the good things around you.
Don’t let the stress get to you because the storm will fade eventually
appreciate the things at the time they are in front of you.
So much going on that it just seems like relaxing is far from your mind but you take some time out today.
And you just close your eyes and let it all fall away because, you see today you realized there is no point in stressing over it.
It too will fade away and in the morning you won’t be thinking about the things that kept you from relaxing, but focusing on the moment you relaxed and everything faded away from your mind.
And for once you were at peace and could truly breathe another day with nothing holding you back.
