She was Completely  shocked at what

she saw that day.

Everything just happened so fast it was like a blur of a person flew past her.

And attacked those around her but left her alone.

The whole time as she watched she felt frozen in time.

she opened up her mouth to scream for help but nothing ever came out.

She tried to move and go get help but her body was locked in place.

When it was all done and over it was totally silent around her.

She opened her eyes a little while later and realized she had dreamt it all and, was all alone safely inside her home.

She was a perfect example of a hard worker.

And every time they had a new employee they made sure to leave them with her.

After all the training for they knew if they could cut it with her.

Than they would be just fine.

she never seemed to mind that they thought so highly of her.

For she came to work to serve the lord in any way she could.

And nothing could bring down her mood for she knew it was all just a series of tests.

And she was always up for a challenge.

Look at me as I walk by

Aren’t I pretty and look at how balanced I am

So much talent in little old me.

I was stung by you and the pain was unbearable that I didn’t know how much longer I could take it.

But, I took a deep breath and I calmed my nerves enough to make it through the horrible days after.

For I knew I had to fight for myself to get back what I thought I had lost all this time.

She always tried to be joyful through the many trails of her life.

Always smiling at strangers for you never know when someone needs to see a little joy in this world.

But, so many people would try to puncture her mood just to make themselves feel better.

The shift in her mood never seemed to last very long.

For the temporary hold they had on her always faded away.

For she loved so much to spend joy that just the little things like hello would cheer her back up.

A thin taper candle setting the mood

for the night.

As he rushes around trying to get everything just right.

The candle shines so brightly as he cuts off all the lights.

He hopes she likes and says yes to the question his being dying to ask her.

He quietly waits for her arrival and as the time ticks on and on.

He starts to play a game on his phone hoping that will distract him from how much time he really has.

Maybe setting up two hours early was a bad idea as he was about to lose his mind, waiting for her.

he set an alarm on his phone and went to lay down.

As his alarm went off he heard footsteps in the hallway and, quickly ran out their bedroom and sat down at the table.

And as she turned the knob and opened the door.

The look on her face was not the look he expected.

Because, she was not alone and had thought he was working late.

Three is crowd and he didn’t expect the night to end with her walking right out that door with another guy.

It was extremely hot that day

the type of day that you put all the windows down in your car.

And blast your radio on high and sing at the top of your lungs.

with not a care in the world who hears you or sees you.

Because this is your time to let loose and lose yourself in the music as you just take a drive around town.

Most days just getting through the day is my triumph

The craziness sometimes can drive me insane and I seem to lose my mind

momentarily.

But, I don’t let it stay with me or make me act out of character

even when your words try to cut me deep.

I realize I accomplish so much because I trust myself with making the right decision

especially when it involves dealing with people who think little of me.

I’ve waited too long

and the good life that I wanted or thought I wanted

is gone.

And now the journey is more of a challenge each day and night

but I wouldn’t trade it for anything.

Maybe the things that matter than was never what truly mattered at all.

For now I’m living every moment and I don’t regret it.

For I can look back on the past and let the could have or would’ve stop me or I can finally letting go and look forward to the now.

And know there is so much more to look forward too.
