Last day

Of the year and

My emotions are all over the place.

This year has been challenging and a little rough.

But it has also brought me so much joy and growth.

New opportunity to soar in love and friendships.

I honestly can say this year ends to end but saying goodbye will be bittersweet.

So as the hours slowly go by and hope that next year will be a little better is what everyone wants.

But the truth is only God knows what is to come, and I’m trusting in him that whatever happens.

It’s him. As 2020 becomes the past, he will always move on with me as 2021 will be brighter.

Even as life here on Earth becomes darker and sometimes so unknown.

Faith will get me through it as it did this year.

  1. isaiah46ministries – Regina Davis-Sowers was ordained in August 2005, and I earned my doctorate in Sociology in 2006. I consider myself a teacher, above all else, that wants to help people examine God's word, so that they can understand how it pertains to their lives and have their faith created or sustained. Rev. Regina writes her blog, the Hope for Tomorrow posts, and the Bible Study.

I feel the same way. Faith will see me through whatever comes. Very good post.
