Night you

Advertisements

come to me, and I try to enjoy you

but I find myself trying to do too much when it’s time to rest.

No matter how hard I try, the time I have with you runs out

leaving me wanting more.

But I can’t control time, but I can get the rest I need and try again another day.

For I hope I have tomorrow to look forward to.

  1. isaiah46ministries – Regina Davis-Sowers was ordained in August 2005, and I earned my doctorate in Sociology in 2006. I consider myself a teacher, above all else, that wants to help people examine God's word, so that they can understand how it pertains to their lives and have their faith created or sustained. Rev. Regina writes her blog, the Hope for Tomorrow posts, and the Bible Study.
