time in a long time I see you and hear you so clearly.

other days I wish you were close to me again, as we were like twins.

your thoughts and mine connected so deeply that words don’t need to be said out loud.

and when my head is on your shoulder, you just know what I need

a friendship of true understanding and love, not something I will forget.
