Breath some light into my life as the foolishness of others around me continue to grow.

Knockdown walls for me so I can escape this impossible path of doom I wouldn’t wish on my greatest enemy.

And as I walk away, I won’t look back, for I know the evil will try to draw me in again.

I can’t take that nonsense anymore and rather walk in your glory and love and peace than something that will amount to nothing in the end.

Travelling Macs – A mum to 2 grown up children with young families of their own, who always make me proud. I'm a wife, grandmother,friend, sister, a recently retired teacher and a beginning ukulele player. I love eating great food but am becoming interested in cooking. Love traveling around this great country in which I live and worldwide more recently. Often found traveling with my husband Brian. I write for pleasure and if it's read (and enjoyed) by others then that's a bonus! 2014 saw me begin the 'new' me. Working hard at leaving the fear of 'what if' behind and replacing it with YOLO adventures. :) Covid lockdowns saw me renew my enjoyment of cooking and venture into the new - gardening. I find it very upsetting when the heroes in stories eat meat or other animal products, or go fishing, or hurt animals in any way.
