Defeated

Disappointed

Let down

When you don’t show up for yourself in, life can feel exhausting.

You find yourself giving up more than taking a rest and getting back at it.

It will take some time, but you will realize that you have what it takes because you were always enough.

So push away those lies and live your life for yourself one step at a time.
