I can

Build me up from the things that want to tear me down for good.

Like fear and doubt

They play me like a yo-yo 🪀

Sometimes I feel I’m strong enough not to let fear get me down or hold me back.

But the next day I feel fear knocking on my door again.

Trying to make me doubt the things I’m working hard for.

So afraid sometimes of what others think that I forget what I believe first matters.

I know myself and but sometimes I don’t know why I feel the way I do.

My life is quiet, and I like it that way, but sometimes I want noise.

And we’ll see my point; everything changes, and fear and doubt won’t stop us, but I know they can slow me down.

I am strong and I can overcome these things but it won’t happen all at once.
