I absolutely love this quote. Recently, I’ve been working more on setting boundaries and sticking with them and I have to say it’s been difficult. But there comes a moment in life when you realise that you need to put yourself first.
Yes, I agree setting boundaries and sticking with them are hard, and I struggle with them too. But putting myself first is something I hope to keep doing as I know I’m at my best when I take care of myself.
