Most fun way to exercise?
I would say dancing or walking to an Apple Fitness walking exercise session, as it’s interesting to walk and listen to someone else’s story.
I say dancing because it’s always fun to dance to an exercise session, whether you try to follow the instructor or just dance to music on your own for thirty minutes or more.
Just let yourself go as you work out and enjoy the songs around you as you burn calories and feel good that you got up and worked out.
And we all know if we don’t enjoy exercising we won’t stick to it. So fun exercising is the only way for me!
