Daily Prompt: Murmuration

Advertisements

I stared at you trying to get something out of you but nothing came out

and so I walked away no knowing what you wanted to tell me.

But, I swear as I walked away I heard a soft murmur come out of you

but when I turned around all I saw was you looking away.

It didn’t understand how one moment you had so much to say then five minutes

later your staring at me as if I’m a ghost of the person you used to know not so long ago.

Daily Prompt: Sound

I live for the sound of music as it plays in my ear

over and over again.

Every new song drawing a new connection to my soul the sound of music

calms me.

Brings me peace

But the sound of your voice brings me chills and I crave you

Your so confident with everything you do and nothing seems to be able to hold you back.

We bond over music and enjoy the sounds that surround us.

We don’t let the noises of the world get to us as we support each other through the times when the world around us becomes to loud.

Music your sound is so beautiful

And meaningful.

I crave you everyday, from the talented

People singing the sound of music.

Each sound is different but in each sound I

Can relate to and listen to the songs over and over.

Music I love that you are around and keep enlightening my

Life.

Your a need in my life and I hope, I keep finding more

Of you.

Mystery

Marc Scibilia Opening act at James Bay Concert

It didn’t know who you were

I had not heard of you before.

But then the words came flowing out of your mouth

and your begun to play your guitar and then the keyboard mixed in and your sound

flowed into me and you find a new fan in me that day.

Your sound was once a mystery to me and even though the mystery has been

solved your sound plays on and on wherever you go.
