Know going into the unknown

Would break the dam of feelings I’ve been dealing with.

The feeling of not knowing why or how to find my way out.

But allowing those moments of being lost to guide me to a path I didn’t see myself being worthy of.

But now, I realize this has been what I’ve always wanted and it was years ago that I let this path fade away.

And now it’s time to go back to what truly completes me and defines me for me.

 I go today

I want you to know.

It’s been a struggle for me

To find the right words to express.

How much I care for you.

So many unsent text messages because I just didn’t know what you needed to hear.

And now there is still no words that feel good enough because you are too unique for simple words.

That won’t show you how much I care and that this isn’t just another friendship to me.

For I see you like family and you are important and I always want to check up on you and hope you well for I know you will do the same.
