Colors oh how I love you

From the blends of colors in your favorite painting.

To breath taking views of sunsets or sunrises.

colors how you brighten my day or mood.

Yet, sometimes our eyes miss the colors that are right in front of our faces.

And we miss out on something great.

  1. Robin Fry – United States – Writer, artist/photographer, creative services specialist, substitute teacher, car show enthusiast, and community leader are just a few of the hats that Robin wears in her life. Her premiere blog, One Sunny Place, showcases some of her creative work while Catching Up & Catching On focuses on transitioning from grief to a fuller life. As she says, "Just like life, this introduction is subject to change at any time."
    Robin says:

I enjoyed reading this! And the picture reminds me so much of how my aunts and grandmothers made quilts. Keep up the good work!

    1. mywords2228 – Love writing poetry and reading tons of books. I also write short fiction stories and hope to include them on my page soon; I hope you enjoy my work, and thanks for stopping by my page.

  2. rJo Herman – Colorado – I am old now, over 70, with a strong belief in cycles - life, health, political, societal, personal interests...all cycling round and back. I despise pompous *sses, rude and hateful people, idiots. I understand being alone, without feeling lonely. I've climbed my share of hills, looked across some valleys, enjoyed a good sunburn or two. I read, I write, I ink my thoughts on fine paper to share with those I love and admire. I believe in God, and in the power of prayer to enhance lives, effect change, comfort heartbreak. I know when it is time to just stop - tired friendships, exhausting thoughts, nonsense as I see it. and I love sharing ideas, beliefs, activities that add brightness to my life.

Thank you! And I know, i didn’t even think what that picture would remind someone of quilts. Definitely an eye opener that simple things can inspire or remind you of a memory.
