hopeful to what this year has to offer.

I am ready for the challenges and days when things are easy.

I know that there will be struggles and I accept the things that I can and can’t change because I am alive and I am grateful for the things I can do.

I am ready for today and the next day and I’m ready to explore so much more and not do the same things I did last year.

I am ready to step onto a new path and walk down it with a smile on my face with so much hope that nothing can bring me down on this walk of faith and hopeful beginnings.

Come and go

but the love that one feels for their family and friends stays burning all year-long.

The rooms are full of laughter and happiness and new memories are being formed to carry on to the new year.

In hopes that the new year will give them more chances to reconnect and learn more about each other as the time goes on.

this time of year

is all about Santa, his reindeer or a Christmas tree.

Decorating each one with so much care as the one day of the year comes around again.

Lots of things to do like shopping or decorating the house or just relaxing and enjoying the season.

This time of year just really brings out a lot in people and really makes them enjoy a lot of sweet things that warm them up inside even if it’s just for a moment.

going to make you see the real me.

For I don’t want you to miss out on anything that makes me who I am.

I know the days are long and I’m not around as much as you want me to be.

But, don’t think twice that I’m not fighting to keep you around and for us to be on the same page.

You are my sun that wakes me up in the morning and the light that always makes me smile.

I am at one and at peace when I am with you or just thinking of you.

I know that there were missing pieces from my life before you but, now I am not alone in my head or in my heart.

For you I embrace the little darkness I have to face just to get a chance to see you my light, my hope, my truth.

rose you are beautiful

some days it’s just nice to look at you and see how far you have grown.

Some days I just want to be close to you and in those moments everything seem so magical.

Some days being near you hurt as you thorns poke me as I’ve seen to get too close and you weren’t having a good day.

Your words and that look you give me, makes me want to walk away but, I know that tomorrow will be different.

You may bloom tomorrow and show me things you never let me see or tell me things you always wanted to share with me.

So I will wait and watch for I know there will be a day when you notice me too.

No time

to worry about the stress right now.

I know that things will get worst before this storm is over and right now only time will tell what will become of this place.

Times are coming when we have to stop talking our way out of the lies of what we believe is happening but we know is not happening at this point.

I Know not what will happen but, I can tell you that the tension is building up and right now things are not looking that good.

And the outcome will be something that will be continued for the ending is something that can change but will it change we will not ever know for the grass right now is probably greener on the other side for it is non-existing on this side.

For the love has long been gone and so as this place walls crumble down how could we do anything but helpless watch the outcome of this place just be erased from time and space.

Soon it will be forgotten and the cry for help you once heard will be no more for that cry too will have moved on.

is my time to just not worry about anything and just sip on my cocoa and write down all my thoughts of my day.

Charging my phone as I wait for replies for my plans for later this day, I really do enjoy this quite moments I get for there seems to always be noise around me.

I just need a moment to refocus on what I need to get done for things are happening all around me and it just seems to becoming too much and coming at me so fast.

think I knew what I was doing .

But, looking back on all that has happen I realize that things happen for a reason.

One thing could seem like the waste thing ever but, then turn away and be the blessing you were looking for.

I didn’t think I would ever be so good that things would workout for me.

I would doubt it before it happened and just think about all the crazy things that could or would happen next time.

So much going on I didn’t feel like I was enough because I’m running out of steam.

What will become of me when I just don’t have anything left to give.

Time

Time goes by fast sometimes but, as a child I loved to read and learn new words in each page that I turned.

Reading wasn’t something I loved to do but, not you can’t find without a book or kindle or phone in my hand reading something.

I am old now but, my adventures are not over as I travel between each page that I read and I am lost to the world when I read.

I love to lose myself and am very grateful for the time I have to read.

Been so long since I’ve truly felt this much joy inside of me.

I know there is so much to be happy for but, there is always this voice in the back of my head saying something is missing.

Yet, I don’t go running around looking for this thing or person.

For I wouldn’t know where to look for I’ve looked inside me for clues and I have come up empty-handed.

maybe one day out of the blue it will appear in front of me and the puzzle of who I am will be complete.

be you who I think of when something happens to me

I want to share things with you but at the same time I know you don’t have the time to receive them.

I know that for some reason you are important to me.

Even though right now I feel like it’s like pulling teeth with you.

I still don’t give up on you even though I always feel like so much was unsaid.

Sometimes I wonder why I waste my time reaching out to you when I feel

So much emptier after trying to talk to you.

How much longer can this go on without me resenting you in the end.

Because I know to you everything seems just fine or as good as it can get and your always fine with that.

Would it just be better to let you go and move on?

That’s a question I guess only time will tell at this point I guess, I’m tired of wondering really, I’m just ready to breathe again.

how you capture me tonight

like magic that seems to not ever end.

You travel to so many hearts and lives

I wonder do you ever just get tired.

You share with so many and some experiences last a lifetime

where others only last a season or less.

Do you cry for the love that does not work out or do you hope that one day things will turn around for the couple.

Oh love as I hold you in my hands tonight I can’t stop but smile and enjoy this time I have with you.

I wonder if I will learn anything new from you tonight or will I unlock the secrets that were always deep inside of me.

Time to explore

some place that is new to me and you

for our time is limited on this vacation

and I know that you want to get in as much scenery as possible.

We go to North shore first and work our way to the other places before it gets too dark and we have to turn around.

You already made sure we both had on the right shoes so that we can make it through the walk too and on our way down.

It’s hot out but, with our hats we will be fine.

is what I’m looking for today.

I hope that everything will work out today for I know it will be a long day.

Hoping I can get inside the house before the rain starts pouring down.

Hoping that even though Summer is soon to end that I did enough while I had the time.

I know that I’m doing my best and even though not everyone sees it, I still receive some   gratitude from the people who appreciate me.

I know

that things are different with you as I look into my reflection and see someone else staring back at me.

This woman has a sadness around her that I just don’t know how she could hide it so well everyday.

That smile that comes out and shines so bright that it blinds everyone so that they won’t look close enough to see the real her.

I know that she has true moments of happiness and joy and fun and she loves the life she lives.

But, she has a darkness that follows her around just waiting for her to let her guard down and it always strikes when she is the most relax and happy.

It knows that she can and will get through the struggle it throws at her but, it also knows that if she doesn’t trip over life sometimes she won’t appreciate the little things that fall into her lap.

So, I know she doesn’t see who she truly is right now but I know that soon hopefully she will see who she is supposed to be and run as hard as she can to become that woman and once accomplished.

I hope she not ever let her go for her future will be so much better and bright with her by her side.
