I’m always curious about things in life that I don’t understand for the unknown just makes me want to know more and, until I fulfil that desire inside of me it will bug me until I do.

To feel like I have some answer is better than just standing here day-to-day and not stopping to looking around and see what’s really going on around me.

To reach out a hand or two and help ease the pain of others or just spread some happiness and kindness their way so their day ends on a higher note than it was before they walked  through those doors.

That night was so peaceful and isolated with just us out there looking at the stars and truly appreciating that night for what it was.

You and me standing out there looking at the old barn we used to hang out in.

This place meant something to us and we just hope that the memories here will last a life time and maybe one day we bring our kids here to enjoy the view and freedom.

Tennis a game I use to have to play back in my middle school days, one of the many sports we had to learn.

I enjoyed my time on the court playing a round with one of my classmates and I liked to win and move on to play the next person.

But, sports weren’t for me and in the end the game stayed with gym class as I moved on to other things that grabbed my attention and never let go.

Today I just needed something new to look at, so I went downtown because all the street art is on display in Alley ways and on the side of abandoned buildings.

Some pieces I just can’t stop looking at for I always find something new about it and it always blows me away.

It makes me fall in love with art all over again, the emotions behind each piece, whether it’s silly or filled with sadness and pain or happiness it all just so beautiful.

I know that our time together today is not enough time for me to tell you all the 850 ways you have made my life so much better.

But, I know that I can tell you what’s going on and how I feel and slowly more facts will come and how I feel will follow and soon things will be a little less tense.

So far I’ve told you 50 things and I hope I have the energy and time to tell you the other 850 reasons you’re a good man and friend too.

The beautiful purple sky reminded me of your beauty and I just couldn’t get you out my mind after taking multiply shots of the sky that day.

I have not ever seen the sky so purple it felt like a once in a lifetime thing and I just couldn’t believe I was lucky enough to witness it.

It was like the day I met you and we talked for hours and hours until we both realized we had to get some sleep and go home, I never forgot you even though you blew me off after that. I will always keep that memory with me of that night.

I’m not sure what that is coming towards me but, I can’t seem to run away right now even if I feel that would be the best thing to do.

I want to be brave  and stand my guard but, I feel like the outcome of this moment may not be a good thing for me.

But, if I don’t take the risk I may not ever know the outcome so here goes nothing, I just hope I come out of this alive.

I wanted to open that door so bad, for it was time to say goodbye to the past and hello to the present and all that it has to offer me.

So I knew that breaking those chains and opening up the door was what I needed to do today, I needed this change so bad right now that I would do anything to get it.

I would leave  it all behind and move forward without worrying about the things I thought I needed in my life and move forward to the things I know are better for me in the long haul.

Like the horse I didn’t want the snow to come at all this year, for it would get so cold when it would snow and the thought of facing the cold outside when all I want to do is stay inside.

Away from everyone else my sense of calmness and peace was in the air and I knew I didn’t have to worry about what was going on back home for I was on this lovely ranch for as long as I wanted.

I know this time would get me eady for the all the things that are coming my way this winter and this upcoming holiday, the time for a lonely time will soon be far and a distant memory.

Bright and early we take a ride to round-up all the cattle and move them to the south side of the farm, no I don’t enjoy these bright and early mornings but it’s just the way life is.

I get up early every other day with my brothers and we work around the ranch until it’s all done and we always find a moment to laugh and have a good time.

We appreciate the things that were given to us and we try our hardest to work hard to keep the ranch a float, we do all we can and well this year has been hard but we wouldn’t trade it for anything in the world.

I come over to your house for a meal and I still you running around and everywhere I look I see dirty pans.

And all the food you have cooked look so good but, I know you will be tired later and decide to help you clean up well the rest of the guest sit around and chat.

As you finish up you notice there isn’t one single pot left dirty and you smile at me and I see how grateful you are and I hug you and thank you for the meal we’re about to eat.

It’s cold out here today but, I just needed a moment to myself and standing out in front of the ocean just always calms me.

My life lately seems like the rough tides that are coming in and no matter how much I try to deal with everything and try to be the bigger person some how it always comes back to knock me down.

I can’t let you drag me down and around like those rough waves would do if I try to go out there right now. I won’t be ignored and knocked down when I  decide to stand up for myself and live a calmer path.

I was lost in the dark and the light guided me home

to a place that was safe and a place to grow, I became the person I thought I wasn’t capable of being.

I was feeling alive again and nothing negative could stick to me and for first time in a long time I felt truly free of the darkness inside of me.

Trust me with the things you love the most, for there will come a time when you will truly need me.

I want that time to come and for you to have no doubt in your mind that it will work out in the end.

There will be no moment when you will regret the choice you made but, instead be grateful that you had someone to share this moment with.

Wait for me before you go please, I just need a moment of your time to finally tell you everything.

I want and need you to think about how you’re going to respond to me because this answer could hurt or bond us for life.

You know that I’ve always been truthful to you and wouldn’t have hidden this from you if I didn’t think it was the only option at the time.
