The words poured out your mouth that day

and my tears that flowed down my face.

Made everything a blur as you stood there and told

me the truth.

You didn’t see why I was in so much pain when you told me

all I needed to know.

I should just forgive you and move on for the mistake was not that big

and, we are bigger than it you said.

I didn’t know the words to say to you that day but as I walked away from you that day everything after that was all a blur.
